Hello everyone. This is Aadam. I’ve started my Ph.D. in Bioinformatics at IUPUI. My previous experience have been in Computer Science, and now I’ve taken the plunge into this scary yet exciting field. Let’s see how it goes.

This website will act as a repository containing notes, assignments, and projects from various Ph.D. level courses that I’ll be taking at IUPUI. I’m just putting them here for my future self, or for someone who might find some value out of these incoherent notes.
